Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

In case of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule the tour or offer a full refund.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in advance.

For any changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.
