Zagreb City & Forest Short e-MTB Loop

Discover a unique combination of Zagreb’s historic city centre, green residential hillsides and light forest trails on this shorter circular e-MTB route.

Starting from your hotel area in “Lower Town”, the route leads through the city towards the Upper Town and Mirogoj Cemetery, before continuing towards the foothills of Medvednica. From there, the ride follows a mix of quiet streets, paths, forest sections and the XC trail area of Dotrščina, before returning to the city through Maksimir Park.

This route is ideal for riders who want to experience both Zagreb’s urban landmarks and its green outdoor side in a compact format. Thanks to the e-MTB, the moderate climbs towards Mirogoj and Podsljeme are manageable and enjoyable, while the return through forest and park areas adds a relaxed off-road character to the ride.

The route includes urban sections with traffic and pedestrian areas, so careful riding and respect for pedestrians are required, especially in the city centre and park zones.
